Welcome to ALL IN IBIZA NOW. By accessing our website, using our AI Concierge, or booking any services through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Our Role as an Intermediary

ALL IN IBIZA NOW operates as a luxury concierge and marketing intermediary. We connect high-net-worth individuals (“Clients”) with third-party service providers (“Partners”) in Ibiza. We do not personally own the villas, yachts, or transport vehicles; we facilitate the introduction, booking, and high-level coordination of these services.

Booking & Deposit Policy

Deposits: To secure a high-demand luxury asset (Villa, Yacht, or Jet), a non-refundable commitment deposit is required. This is processed via our secure payment gateway.
Confirmation: A booking is only deemed “Confirmed” once the deposit is cleared and the specific Partner has acknowledged availability.
Cancellations: Each service provider has specific cancellation windows. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 30 days of the service date.

Partner Referral & Commission Structure

Our platform operates on a referral-based business model. By listing services on this site or accepting leads from our AI Agent or Personalized Itineraries, Partners agree to the following commission structure based on the gross transaction value:

The Referral Fee Clause: Partners acknowledge that any client introduced via ALL IN IBIZA NOW’s digital channels (Website, Social Media pages, WhatsApp, PDF Itinerary, or AI Agent) is the “Property” of the Agency for a period of 12 months from the date of first contact. Direct bookings made by the Client with the Partner during this period are subject to the same commission fees.

Data Collection & AI Interaction

By using our AI Concierge Agent or completing a form on our website, users consent to the collection of preferences and contact data. This data is used solely to generate personalized itineraries and facilitate bookings. Data is handled in strict accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection.

Tracking & Attribution

We utilize specialized tracking (Pretty Links and Event Tracking) to identify referrals.

Partners agree that our digital logs (Google Sheets/Analytics) serve as the primary record for attribution in the event of a commission dispute.
Tampering with or bypassing referral links to avoid commission is a breach of contract and will result in immediate removal from the platform.

Liability & Insurance

Clients: ALL IN IBIZA NOW is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during a service provided by a Partner. All Partners are required to maintain their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance as per Balearic Law.
Partners: Partners must ensure they hold all valid licenses (e.g., Despacho for boats, VTC for drivers) required to operate in Ibiza.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any legal proceedings arising from the use of this website or our services shall be conducted in the courts of Eivissa (Ibiza).
